Buying and selling a professional practice is best left to those with knowledge and experience.
We have facilitated a variety of practice transitions over the past 20 years and experience shows that no two sales or transitions are the same. Although we are usually engaged to represent the Seller, we do provide services to assist the Purchaser in the due diligence process (negotiation, financial review and business planning). This reduces the financial burden to both parties that may result from involving accounting and legal consultants too early in the sale process.
We are also available to represent the Purchaser when they are considering a practice being sold privately, or through another broker. Our fees for these services are determined on the amount of representation required to successfully complete the purchase and are generally provided on a flat fee basis. A formal engagement is always negotiated prior to the commencement of our services.
