Is installation free on my equipment?
Standard installation is free for items valued over $2,500. Some exceptions apply.

Why do my orders sometimes come from two different locations?
The majority of our products are shipped from Vancouver (head office). However, we do carry some bulk items at our branches across Canada.

Is there an extra cost to expedite my order?

When is my payment due?
Our payment terms are Net 10 days from your statement date. For example, purchases made in January will be due on February 10th.

How do I open a new account?
Please contact your local Customer Service Representative. They will be happy to assist you.

How do I have my account set up for automatic payment?
Please give us a call at 1-800-663-7393 with your credit card information and the day of the month you prefer to be charged.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by cheque, Visa, MasterCard, and telephone or internet banking with all major financial institutions.



Service

Do I need to have the make and model of my equipment ready when I call for service?
The more information you provide will help speed up and clarify your service request.

How do I read my labour invoice?
Our labour time is broken down into 15 minute units. If you see a labor number with a quantity of 4, that equals to 1 hour (4 units=1 hour).

How often should I have my equipment serviced?
Your equipment is the heart and soul of your practice. Having it serviced monthly will ensure a smooth daily routine.

How long will it take for a service technician to arrive?
We are able to handle most standard service requests within 24 hours. Emergency service can usually be provided within the hour depending on your location.



Shipping

Are there shipping charges?
There will be no shipping charges on orders over $100. For further details, please refer to our Shipping and Returns page.

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed by 11:00am Pacific Time (2:00pm Eastern Time) will be shipped the same day. Delivery time will vary due to proximity to your shipping location.
